  • Develop scopes of work and deliver accurate, timely quotes
  • Close new business by aligning solutions with customer goals
  • Collaborate with technical teams and project managers
  • Track interactions and deals in CRM systems
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Continuously improve processes for better results
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Food, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience (food industry a plus)
  • Track record in quota-carrying, inbound sales roles
  • Strong technical aptitude and clear communication skills
  • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Expertise in technical products, translating customer needs into practical solutions
  • Skilled at qualifying, quoting, and closing inbound sales with urgency
  • Strong communicator-able to explain technical concepts simply
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and manages multiple projects with precision
