Sales Admin (Immediate / No experience / West)

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records of service activities in the system.
• Prepare invoices for daily service jobs and maintain billing documentation.
• Answer and direct incoming customer calls professionally.
• Support service operations by processing parts orders, scheduling standby arrangements, and coordinating service calls.
• Prepare service quotations for customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding service-related matters.
• Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
• Learn and utilise the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system for daily operations.

Requirements

• Candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply, 1 year of service administration or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage.
