Sales Admin Intern

Role Overview:
A highly organized and tech-savvy intern to support the sales team as a System Admin. They will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, handling WBK Pro legwork and system streamlining.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with data entry, cleaning, and formatting of sales-related information
- Monitor team follow-up frequency, response rates, and blockers
- Learn and support WBK Pro onboarding processes
- Identifying all potential inactive leads on WBK Pro
- Flagging all fake/invalid accounts on WBK Pro
- Daily or bi-daily Website & App sanity check
- Any other administrative and system-related tasks to support the sales team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with data and present it clearly
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Interest in sales operations, CRM systems, and the events/experiences industry is a big plus
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
