KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate Seamlessly — Liaise with principals, suppliers, customers and logistics partners to keep shipments on track.
• Handle Import & Export — Prepare and process TradeNet permit declarations and related shipment documentation.
• Keep Orders Moving — Process purchase orders, track deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability.
• Manage Compliance — Maintain customers’ dangerous-goods storage and usage licences in line with NEA requirements.
• Monitor Inventory & Demand — Track stock levels, customer forecasts and usage to support supply planning.
• Deliver Reliable Support — Prepare customer consumption reports, resolve issues and support day-to-day operations.

TALENT PROFILE

• Relevant Experience — 2–5 years in logistics administration, supply chain or related work in Singapore.
• Educational Foundation — Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or equivalent.
• Systems Confidence — Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP, MS Dynamics 365 or logistics systems is an advantage.
• Organised & Accurate — Strong planning, attention to detail, follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Practical Problem-Solver — Analytical, proactive and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Compliance Awareness —Knowledge of logistics regulations and dangerous-goods processes is an advantage.
