Sales Admin (No experience / Up to $3,000 + PB / East)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organised office environment to support efficient daily operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, faxes, and email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Scan, file, and organise documents to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods received notes accurately.
• Coordinate local and overseas deliveries to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Track shipments and invoices to ensure timely receipt and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to support business needs.
• Update project data and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure progress.
• Monitor purchase order status and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve product quality issues when required.
• Verify supplier invoices before payment processing.
• Maintain supplier price lists and payment records.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties to support operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
• 1 year of experience in an administrative, purchasing, or operations support role is preferred.
• Semiconductor parts purchasing experience is an added advantage.
