Sales Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Executive to support our Business Development team in the day-to-day administration of Hire Purchase financing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing HP applications, preparing financing documentation, coordinating with banks and relevant stakeholders, and maintaining accurate payment and receivables records to ensure smooth and timely business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Hire Purchase (HP) financing applications and ensure all required information and supporting documents are complete and accurate.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the HP management system.

• Prepare, verify and organize HP agreements, financing documents and related paperwork.

• Submit financing applications and supporting documents to banks and relevant financial institutions.

• Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate timely application processing and loan disbursement.

• Prepare and submit GIRO collection instructions and maintain related records.

• Update payment receipts and transaction records in the HP system.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive sales administration, loan processing, hire purchase financing or financial services is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
