Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor for our clinics, with experience and passion for consultative selling in the health, aesthetic medicine, or beauty sector. This position is key to offering personalized and professional attention to our clients, driving sales and contributing to the team's success.

What you'll do

• Personalized attention and advice to clients interested in our treatments and services.
• Direct sale of aesthetic services, with a consultative and results-oriented approach.
• Support for commercial management, collaborating with the manager area responsible for management.
• Maintain fluid communication with the multidisciplinary team to ensure an optimal patient experience.
• Customer follow-up and loyalty building.

What we're looking for

• Training in sales, administration, marketing, or related fields (preferably a vocational training cycle in sales, marketing, or similar).
• Basic knowledge or demonstrated interest in aesthetic medicine, beauty, or well-being.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in sectors related to health, aesthetics, or beauty.
• Residency or location less than 1 hour from the clinic.
• Language: Spanish (essential requirement).
• Salary expectations aligned with the offered range.
• Experience in consultative selling, preferably in health, aesthetics, or retail
• Demonstrable experience in achieving objectives and results orientation
