We are currently looking for motivated,
communicative and sales-oriented people to join our Sales teams.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and
potential customers
- Communicate with customers in English in a
clear, confident and professional manner
- Present products and services and identify
sales opportunities
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend
suitable solutions
- Perform cross-selling and up-selling
activities
- Handle inbound calls generated from
outbound campaigns
- Maintain a positive customer experience
while achieving sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing
or contact center
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal
skills
- Confident and goal-oriented approach to
sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic,
performance-driven environment
