Sales & Marketing Support Administrator (B2B)
We’re hiring at eMagine Solutions and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who makes things happen.
This role is for a Sales & Marketing Support Administrator (B2B) based in our JLT office (Goldcrest Executive, Cluster C). You’ll be working closely with our leadership and sales team, helping us stay sharp, organised, and consistent as we grow. If you like fast-paced environments, clean execution, and seeing your work directly contribute to winning clients, you’ll love it here.
Your job is to remove friction for the team the practical, commercial support that keeps momentum high.
That might look like coordinating meetings and follow-ups, keeping action lists tight, and making sure nothing gets lost after a call. It also includes preparing sales documents that we can confidently send to clients proposals, pitch decks, capability statements, one-pagers — the kind of materials that need to look polished and “client-ready” every time.
You’ll also help us stay disciplined with our outreach and pipeline. That means keeping CRM/spreadsheet records clean, supporting targeted B2B campaigns, building ICPs and target lists, and helping run outbound sequences (Apollo experience is a big plus, but not a must if you’re quick to learn).
On the marketing side, you’ll support our LinkedIn execution repurposing content, basic scheduling, and helping us show up consistently. You’ll also help with practical candidate-facing work like formatting and branding CVs with our templates, and building client/candidate packs that help interviews go smoothly.
And because we care about output (not just activity), you’ll help track what’s shipped each week and what results it drove.
You’re organised, proactive, and you don’t need chasing. You take pride in clean work — whether that’s a perfectly formatted deck, a tidy CRM, or a well-written follow-up email. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and you’re the kind of person who sees a gap and fixes it without being asked three times.
If you’ve used tools like Apollo, Canva, DocuSign, or LinkedIn scheduling tools great. If not, but you’re sharp and willing to learn, we still want to hear from you.
Skills
- Strong organisation + follow-through — you track details, close loops, and don’t let tasks disappear.
- Clear written communication — you can write professional emails, follow-ups, and simple client messages without overthinking.
- Client-ready document skills — you can produce clean, polished PowerPoint/Google Slides decks and well-formatted PDFs/one-pagers.
- Great formatting eye — especially for CV branding, templates, layout consistency, spacing, and “making it look sharp.”
- Comfort with spreadsheets/CRM — updating records, keeping data clean, basic reporting, and staying consistent.
- Commercial common sense — you understand that the goal is to win business and support revenue, not just “do admin.”
- Campaign + outreach support — comfortable building target lists, segmenting contacts, and supporting outbound activity (bonus if you’ve used Apollo).
- Basic marketing execution — repurposing content, scheduling posts, and supporting LinkedIn/company page activity.
- Speed + ownership — you work fast, ask smart questions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Discretion + confidentiality — you handle sensitive client/candidate info professionally.
Nice-to-haves (bonuses)
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outbound sequencing tools
- Canva/basic design sense for simple marketing assets
