Key Responsibilities
Sales Materials & Partner Support
- Support maintenance on Partner Books, sold inventory, floor maps, and other sales collateral.
- Maintain updates to related special projects and initiatives collateral including digital brochures, social assets and email campaign copy
- Ensure Sales and Operations materials remain aligned with current inventory and offerings.
- Maintain sold exhibit inventory presentations
CRM & Lead Management
- Perform ongoing data cleanup, deduplication, validation, and account research.
- Track mergers, acquisitions, rebrands, and organizational changes to maintain accurate account information.
- Source new prospect contacts and maintain account segmentation, tagging, and lead-routing processes.
Proposals & Presentations
- Support the creation of client proposals and partnership presentations using Canva and approved templates.
- Research clients and customize proposals to reflect their brand and relevant partnership opportunities.
- Incorporate current products, sponsorship opportunities, exhibit details, pricing, and deliverables.
- Ensure proposals align with the latest Partner Book, inventory, and company branding.
Sales & Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Maintain and segment targeted campaign lists for partners, prospects, engaged/unengaged contacts, and other key audiences, including suppression, bounce, unsubscribe, and inactive-contact lists.
- Coordinate and maintain the Sales Marketing Calendar, including pre-show, show, post-show, newsletter, and Sales-related social campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance, including opens, clicks, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, audience demographics, and engagement trends to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Identify new Points of Contact through campaign engagement and responses, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate campaign content, scheduling, copy approvals, and supporting materials across Sales and Marketing.
- Support competitive-event planning by coordinating Sales attendance, event calendars, side events, on-site schedules, and related outreach.
- Prepare campaign recaps, presentations, audience insights, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
- Conduct quality checks of Sales-related website content, including Partner logos, special incentives, and other promotional information.
Administrative Support
- Provide ongoing operational, research, reporting, and administrative support to the Sales team.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Programming and Operations to ensure materials, data, and processes remain accurate and aligned.
- Ad-Hoc support for Administrative Projects
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing platforms and research tools; Microsoft Dynamics, Brevo, Bison, AimFox, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Early Grad/Early Career-1-2 Years Experience
- A-Can-Do Attitude-ability to work under pressure during the peak event season
- Ability to travel-10%-15%
Nice to have:
