Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Head with a strong background in the PCD Pharmaceutical industry to lead our sales team, expand our franchise network, and drive business growth across India. Key Responsibilities Handle and expand the company's PCD Pharma Franchise business across India. Identify, develop, and acquire new PCD franchise parties and business associates. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and distributors. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 45 sales and marketing executives. Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenue. Monitor team performance, sales reports, and business development activities. Explore new markets and implement strategies for business expansion. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 10 years of experience in a PCD Pharmaceutical Company. Proven expertise in PCD pharma franchise operations and business development. Strong ability to generate new PCD parties across India. Excellent team handling, leadership, and communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented approach with a proven track record of sales growth.
