Sales and Marketing Manager (Business Development/M&E Construction) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing and business development initiatives for projects.
• Identify new clients, business opportunities, and potential market segments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate client engagements, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop project case studies, marketing materials, and corporate content.
• Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Commercial, and Management teams to support growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or other related courses
