Sales & Application Engineer [IoT Solutions]

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales technical consultation and application support to customers
• Deliver after-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Promote products through telemarketing, product demonstrations, and marketing activities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Manage and grow sales within the existing customer base

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, technical, or IT-related sales or equivalent
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Wireless Sensor / IoT / Level Sensor / PLC / HMI and control systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License in Singapore (converted licences are acceptable)
• Experience in measurement instruments is an added advantage
