Sales Assistant

About the role

Do you want to be part of the Tiendanimal family? Join our team!

At Tiendanimal we are more than a chain of pet stores: we are a large family that shares the same passion. With more than 100 points of sale in Spain and a leading e-commerce, we are dedicated to caring for animals and their families with the love and respect they deserve.

Our value, #CercaníaResolutiva, defines how we work: always available to help, with empathy and solutions that make a difference.

We are looking for a Shop Assistant, at CAS CAPISCOL-MALLORCA on a PART-TIME basis, and we want you to be part of this adventure!

If you have a #ConexiónReal with people, energy, and feel passion for animals, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

What will your daily duties be? Advising customers according to the needs of their companion animals, always offering excellent service to generate a positive shopping experience, and ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the sales floor so that customers and their companion animals can enjoy a complete shopping experience.

What we're looking for

What are we looking for in you? We are looking for people with a commitment to quality towards our customers and animals, with the ability to resolve their needs in a close and direct manner.

What you'll get

What do we offer you? At Tiendanimal we want you to enjoy your work and be able to develop in an environment that accompanies you through all stages. Therefore, we have a benefits package designed to facilitate your day-to-day life and support you inside and outside the store:

• Access to training and opportunities to continue learning and evolving professionally.
• Incentives for your savings, such as in-store discounts and flexible compensation alternatives adapted to your needs.
• Personal support resources, including psychological care when you need it.
• Medical coverage options for you and your loved ones under advantageous conditions.
• Opportunities to change location and continue growing within our network.
• Initiatives that promote rest and personal time, such as celebrating your birthday or extending your vacations based on seniority.

And this is only the beginning: we continue to incorporate new proposals to care for our team better every day.
