We're seeking a New Home Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to build a rewarding career in new home sales. Working alongside experienced and successful New Home Sales Agents, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience that will prepare you for future growth opportunities within our organization.

What You'll Do

Provide support to Sales Agents and community teams by following established sales and closing procedures.

Learn and develop expertise in new home pricing, homesite premiums, inventory management, and community offerings.

Assist prospective buyers by demonstrating homes, homesites, and community features.

Coordinate loan application setup for prospects and help monitor the financing process.

Build trusted relationships with homebuyers through exceptional customer service and consistent communication.

Complete monthly competitive market analyses to help support community sales efforts.

Maintain the presentation and appearance of Sales Centers, model homes, and inventory homes.

Coordinate website updates and communicate marketing needs to the Marketing team.

Participate in Community Review meetings and homeowner events.

Support daily marketing initiatives, including signage, sales materials, and website accuracy.

Represent Smith Douglas Homes through active involvement in community and professional organizations.
What We're Looking For

Previous administrative, customer service, sales, or real estate experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the homebuilding industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
