About the role
If you are passionate about reading, watching movies or listening to music, you like gaming more than anyone else, or you are up to date with the latest technology and you love getting it right with every customer, then at Fnac we have a place for you!
At Fnac Spain, we are looking for salespeople for our Black Friday and Christmas Campaign, to work half-days or weekend shifts in our stores in the Community of Madrid
What you'll do
-- Customer advisory and product sales
-- Offering and processing services and financing plans
-- Customer loyalty
-- Order and stock control
-- Replenishment and placement of products in store
-- POS checkout
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of our products.
- Passion for customer service.
- Minimum of one year of experience in face-to-face customer service roles.
Nice to have
· We value having an interest in culture and/or technology, as well as experience in the described functions.
