Position Summary
A sales associate sells automobiles at car dealerships and helps customers to find the right purchase for their needs. They are required to demonstrate a sound understanding of the latest industry trends, the features and benefits of each car, and the ability to offer advice to meet monthly sales targets.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building.
In-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options and sales process.
Intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers.
