As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, providing outstanding service, building customer relationships, and supporting daily boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
- Build strong rapport with local and international clientele
- Support sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and cashiering duties
- Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly
Requirements
- Prior retail, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth and international customers
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Immediate starters are highly preferred
- Min 3 days per week
