JOB SUMMARY

• A Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring the overall performance and smooth operations of the store assigned to them.

• This includes monitoring sales, maintaining proper display and stock levels, addressing customer concerns, and reporting daily activities and store performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively promotes and sells products to achieve sales targets by using product knowledge to assist customers and maintaining attractive, organized displays that encourage purchases.

• Provides friendly and professional assistance to customers by addressing their needs, resolving concerns promptly, and building positive relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Prepares and submits daily reports on sales, inventory, and store concerns, monitors product performance, and recommends stock replenishment and improvements based on sales data.)

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure stockroom is well-organized and inventory is properly stored and labeled.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.

• Participate in inventory counts and audits when required
