Sales / BD Executive / Supervisor (Cleaning Service)

This is a core role for our start-up cleaning service company, focusing on full-cycle sales and business development to build our client pipeline from scratch. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and closing deals, laying the foundation for our business growth.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

· Develop new corporate clients across office, factory, condo,shopping mall and Hotel Cleaning sectors.

· Conduct cold outreach, client pitching, proposal preparation and quotation.

· Negotiate contract terms and sign deals to expand the company’s business portfolio.

Client Relationship Management

· Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.

· Follow up on client demands, handle enquiries and feedback to boost cooperation and renewal rates.

Cross-Functional Support

· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects.

· Support the team in optimizing sales workflows as the company scales up.

Requirements

· At least 1 years’ experience in the Singapore cleaning service / facility management industry.

· Willing to join a start-up team, proactive, and able to start from zero on business sourcing.

· Fluent in English for client communication and basic paperwork.

Compensation

· Basic salary: S$3,000 – S$5,000 (commensurate with experience)

· Sales commission: 2% of the first month’s contract value per new client signed

· Monthly KPI bonus:

- Sales / BD Executive ：S$500 – S$1,000

- Sales / BD Supervisor：S$500 – S$1,500

Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm, on-site
