We are looking for a Sales Consultant passionate about fashion to join our team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for offering an exceptional shopping experience, representing the values and identity of Calvin Klein. Through your product knowledge and service orientation, you will contribute to the achievement of store objectives and to the creation of lasting relationships with our customers.

Additionally, you will collaborate in the daily operations of the store, ensuring the maintenance of visual merchandising standards, the correct replenishment of products, and the smooth running of the sales floor.

Our goal is for every customer to connect with the brand and enjoy a memorable experience that invites them to return.

What you'll do

• Customer experience: Offering personalized and high-quality service, creating a shopping experience aligned with Calvin Klein's values.
• Sales: Contributing to the achievement of the store's commercial objectives and KPIs through excellent product knowledge and customer orientation.
• Brand image: Representing Calvin Klein's values and ensuring compliance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Store operations: Supporting daily store operations, including replenishment, stock management, cash desk, and inventories.
• Teamwork: Actively collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store and to reach common objectives.

You are a dynamic person, with a passion for fashion and a clear customer orientation. You enjoy creating authentic connections with people, working in a team, and offering an excellent shopping experience. You like to learn, to know the product in depth, and to represent an iconic brand like Calvin Klein.

What you need to succeed in this position

• Previous experience in Retail will be positively valued. If you do not have it, we can train you.
• English and other languages will be valued.
• Great teamwork ability and a commercial mindset.
