Sales Consultant – Bone – Rio de Janeiro

What you will do

Implementation of marketing strategies and demand generation with Prolia (Denosumab) and Evenity (Romosozumab). Responsible for sales and achieving established goals, seeking strategic access alternatives for different markets.

Territory: Rio de Janeiro: Baixada Fluminense, Leopoldina, and part of the West Zone

Main activities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies and demand generation for Prolia and Evenity.
  • Ensure the maintenance and growth of product demand in retail, institutional, and public markets, aligned with marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Identify and explore opportunities in non-retail private and public channels, in synergy with the access team.
  • Meet regional sales objectives, as well as metrics for in-person and remote visits, medical panel coverage by potential, registry quality, segmentation, and KPIs defined by the SFE area.
  • Act in synergy with the Commercial, Marketing, and Access teams to improve strategy execution and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with current and potential prescribers.
  • Develop and implement territorial action plans (account plans) aligned with the brand strategy, with a positive impact on affiliate results.
  • Support the implementation of continuing medical education programs, participate in scientific congresses, and develop territorial programs in partnership with Marketing and Medical.
  • Maximize opportunities through continuous territory analysis, developing action plans in conjunction with access, medical, and commercial teams.
  • Ensure the execution of activities in compliance with Compliance and Regulatory standards.
  • Support the medical team in conducting training for selected clients on product use.
  • Interact with the commercial team to ensure distribution capillarity and promote joint actions with major players in the retail channel.
  • Demonstrate solid technical-scientific knowledge about the diseases, promoted products, and competitors, addressing concepts and studies confidently with healthcare professionals.
  • Act collaboratively, valuing the diversity of experiences and perspectives, building relationships of trust and respect with peers and multidisciplinary teams.

Basic Qualifications:

Completed higher education and experience in sales in the pharmaceutical market; analytical and strategic profile, with experience in the public and private market and a strong ability to identify opportunities and develop effective action plans.
