Sales Coordinator

Job Role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, coordinating vehicle rentals, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of rental bookings and related sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding rental enquiries, bookings, quotations, and vehicle availability.
• Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and fleet teams to ensure timely vehicle allocation and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, bookings, and customer information.
• Follow up with customers and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance throughout the rental process.

Eduvation & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, car rental, automotive, or a customer service environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; UAE driving license is preferred.
