We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

No maid agency experience required — training and guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily maid agency operations
- Prepare, check and organise documents for MDW applications
- Assist with Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations
- Handle data entry and update customer/helper records
- Prepare employment contracts, forms and other required documents
- Monitor application status and follow up on outstanding documents
- Liaise with employers, helpers and relevant parties when required
- Assist with scheduling of appointments, medical examinations and other arrangements
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries when required
- Filing, scanning and maintaining proper documentation
- Support EA Personnel and management with daily administrative duties
- Perform other general office and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level, Nitec or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to communicate in English
- Organised and attentive to details
- Responsible and able to follow up on tasks
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage
- Maid agency / employment agency experience is an advantage but not required
