Sales Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at VEEDEE SOLUTIONS LLP. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, tracking dispatches, and ensuring timely order execution to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of communication between customers and various departments, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities - Receive and process customer purchase orders (POs) and sales orders. - Coordinate with the plant, production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Follow up on pending orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status. - Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines, and queries. - Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents. - Maintain order trackers, customer records, and sales reports using MS Excel. - Handle professional email communication with customers and internal departments. - Coordinate with the accounts team for invoices, payment follow-ups, and related documentation. - Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and customer communications. - Support the sales team with daily coordination and operational activities. Requirements - Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service Coordination, Order Processing, or Sales Support. - Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B business environment is preferred. - Knowledge of purchase orders, sales orders, dispatch coordination, and order tracking. - Working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication. - Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage. - Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up with different departments.
