Sales Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at VEEDEE SOLUTIONS LLP. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, tracking dispatches, and ensuring timely execution of orders to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is essential for maintaining smooth operations and effective communication between various departments. Key Responsibilities - Receive and process customer purchase orders (POs) and sales orders efficiently. - Coordinate with the plant, production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Follow up on pending orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status to keep customers informed. - Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines, and address any queries they may have. - Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documentation as required. - Maintain order trackers, customer records, and sales reports using MS Excel to ensure accurate data management. - Handle professional email communication with customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations. - Coordinate with the accounts team for invoices, payment follow-ups, and related documentation. - Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and customer communications to support operational efficiency. - Support the sales team with daily coordination and operational activities to enhance productivity. Required Skills - Proven experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service Coordination, Order Processing, or Sales Support. - Familiarity with a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B business environment is preferred. - Knowledge of purchase orders, sales orders, dispatch coordination, and order tracking processes. - Proficient in MS Excel and effective email communication. - Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage. - Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills are essential. - Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up with different departments effectively.
