Job Summary

Organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator supporting sales activities from enquiry to service delivery. You will prepare quotations, coordinate appointments, answer sales enquires and follow up with customers, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth sales and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and follow up to convert leads into confirmed jobs
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents to support sales efforts
• Coordinate appointments and site visits to align with customer and operational schedules
• Maintain detailed records of sales leads, quotations, and customer information for tracking and reporting
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate customer requirements with the Operations Team to ensure timely service delivery
• Follow up on service arrangements, schedules, and special requests to meet customer needs
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication
• Handle customer feedback and escalate operational issues to relevant teams for resolution
• Prepare and maintain sales and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Update customer databases, quotation records, and sales pipelines to support sales tracking
• Assist with invoicing and related documentation to facilitate billing processes
• Organise internal appointments and follow-ups to support team coordination
• Support management and sales team by preparing reports and performing administrative tasks
