Ultimate Responsibility: To develop a relationship with prospective residents and their families focused on education and empathy to attract and move in new residents who are well fit for our community.
Other primary responsibilities include:
- Assist in the overall management of the prospective resident marketing pipeline and move in process, guiding prospects and their families through their emotional journey into our community
- Tracking all activity in Sherpa CRM, a digital customer relationship management platform designed for the senior living industry
- Open to coaching and growth in creating meaningful relationship with prospective residents and their families
- Assist in developing and executing thoughtful and creative marketing strategies to target prospective residents and their families, generating new leads
- Professionally and confidently represent Tenfold and our brand to the larger community, including outreach to referral sources, medical providers, support groups and local government officials
- Assist in managing the move in process for all new residents, including gathering required information and forms and preparing the residency agreement and move in signing package
- Support residents during their move in and nesting, including facilitating introductions to key team members and resident ambassadors
