Sales Designer
Summary
Sales Designer handling client sales and interior renovation design—meeting clients, preparing space plans, mood boards, and quotations, presenting solutions, negotiating, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to secure and deliver projects.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Designer to handle both client sales and interior renovation design. The role involves understanding clients’ requirements, developing suitable design concepts, preparing quotations, and following projects through to confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their renovation needs, budget, and preferences.
- Prepare space planning, mood boards, and basic presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and material selections.
- Present design solutions and negotiate with clients to secure projects.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential customers.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide professional after-sales service.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company business development.
Requirements
- Experience in interior design, renovation, sales, or a related industry is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to understand basic renovation works, materials, and construction processes.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
