About Archer

A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams' ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.

Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team. This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.

If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.

Sales Excellence & Professional Development

  • Participate in a sales training program focused on prospecting, technology foundations, Archer solution knowledge, sales methodologies, and professional development.
  • Continuously build expertise in Archer's products, market positioning, and customer challenges.
  • Apply feedback, coaching, and training to improve sales effectiveness and prospect engagement.

Performance & Operational Execution

  • Achieve activity goals (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Meet Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) meeting goals (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Meet meetings converted to opportunities goals (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Maintain accurate prospect activity, pipeline data, and engagement records within CRM and sales systems.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer-facing, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of technology, products, and services relevant to enterprise software.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Even Better If You Have

  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Executive, or in another sales, business development, or lead-generation role; Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (6sense, Salesloft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator).
  • Experience developing creative outreach and prospecting strategies that increase engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales tools (e.g., for prospecting research, personalization at scale, or call/email coaching) to boost productivity and outreach quality.
