Sales Development Representative

This is a high-energy, full-cycle sales opportunity for a motivated professional looking to build a strong career in business development and sales.
You will identify target accounts, research decision-makers, and create personalized outreach strategies across multiple channels.
From cold outreach through discovery, presentations, and closing, you will take ownership of the sales process and build a pipeline from the ground up.
The role combines account-based prospecting, relationship building, sales execution, and post-sale collaboration.
You will have access to CRM, sales enablement, and AI-powered research tools to help you work efficiently and scale your impact.
A deep IT background is not required; curiosity, persistence, organization, communication skills, and coachability are more important.

Accountabilities
- Research and build targeted account lists focused on industries such as quick-service restaurants, IT managed service providers, construction, and facilities management.
- Identify key decision-makers, including IT directors, operations leaders, procurement professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop account-specific outreach strategies using LinkedIn, company websites, industry publications, AI-powered research tools, and other available resources.
- Execute persistent, professional outreach campaigns through phone, email, text messaging, and LinkedIn.
- Create personalized messaging that is relevant to each prospect and designed to generate meaningful conversations rather than relying on generic outreach.
- Consistently manage follow-ups and maintain momentum across multiple prospects and opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and guide prospects toward a commitment.
- Independently manage sales conversations and presentations while applying available coaching, tools, and sales resources.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, pipeline stages, and follow-up schedules to ensure opportunities progress effectively.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings after closing to ensure expectations are aligned between customers and delivery teams.
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
- Continuously improve prospecting, messaging, sales, and account-management approaches based on feedback and results.
- Demonstrated drive, persistence, and willingness to pursue challenging sales opportunities without giving up after rejection.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to identify priorities, take initiative, and work independently without constant supervision.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple prospects and sales activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with people who may have no prior relationship with you.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally through calls, emails, messages, and presentations.
- Comfortable using technology and proficient with Google Workspace or comparable business productivity tools.
- Genuine interest in using AI-powered tools to improve prospect research, outreach, productivity, and sales effectiveness.
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to receive feedback, apply it quickly, and continuously improve.
- Ability to learn new service offerings and translate customer needs into relevant solutions.
- Previous experience in retail management, restaurant or hospitality leadership, inside sales, customer service, recruiting, or other persuasive customer-facing environments is valuable.
- Recent college graduates from any academic discipline are encouraged to apply.
- A deep IT background is not required; strong sales aptitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are key.
- Must be based in the United States and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Base pay: $20 per hour guaranteed, equivalent to approximately $41,000 annually based on full-time hours.
- Uncapped commission: Earn additional commission on every deal you close, with no stated earnings cap.
