Description

CINEsync (cinesync.io) is the all-in-one platform that modern movie theaters run on: box office and concession POS, self-service kiosks, online ticketing on web and iOS/Android apps, loyalty programs, gift cards, digital signage and a powerful back office, all in one place. We already power 250+ screens and 28,000+ seats in 17+ countries, with more than 70 million tickets sold. Theaters love us for our sleek design and our 24/7 support.

Now we're going big in the US, and we want a hungry, curious SDR to be the voice of CINEsync to cinemas across America. This is a ground-floor role: your calls will directly shape our growth.

Your role
Open conversations with US cinema owners by phone, email and LinkedIn
Spark their interest and book demos that turn into real deals
Test new messaging, find what works and share your wins
Work side by side with leadership. No layers, no bureaucracy, real impact

You're our person if you
Have 1+ year in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, cold calling or appointment setting), ideally in SaaS
Speak fluent English and love talking to Americans on the phone
Thrive on US hours (afternoon/evening CET)
Get energized by a "no", not discouraged

Why you'll love it here
100% remote, from anywhere in Eastern Europe
$1,600–2,700/month fixed, plus an attractive commission on every qualified demo held and every deal signed (up to $1,000/month on top of your salary)
A product people actually get excited about, because who doesn't love movies?
Startup speed: your ideas get heard and tested fast
Room to grow into an Account Executive or team lead role as we scale

Ready for your premiere?
Send us your CV and one line about your best outbound win. Bonus points if it makes us smile.
