We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team ✨

Key Responsibilities:

Managing outbound communication (Email, LinkedIn) and converting warm replies into calls and SQLs;
Identifying and researching potential clients using various tools and platforms;
Researching the market and helping define/refine target customer profiles (ICP);
Creating, updating, and maintaining a database of potential customers;
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels;
Leveraging CRM, marketing, and sales tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedHelper, ClickUp, etc) in daily operations.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an SDR/lead generation manager or a similar position;
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques;
Confident written and spoken English (B1+ level or above);
Ability to work independently or in a team;
Experience using sales tools and CRM software (HubSpot);
Experience working with various outbound tools (Clay, LinkedHelper, Apollo etc.);
Understanding the software development outsourcing industry.
