Job Summary
We are looking for a resilient, high-energy Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing sales and lead generation powerhouse. In this role, you won't just be making calls; you will be the engine driving growth for a diverse portfolio of clients by connecting them with their ideal customers. This is a remote-first position designed for a hunter who thrives on high-volume outreach, enjoys the art of persuasion, and is eager to master the craft of B2B sales in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of daily outbound prospecting activities, including 100+ phone calls, strategic emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify, engage, and build rapport with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Qualify leads against rigorous, client-specific criteria to ensure high-quality pipeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for Account Executives and client teams.
- Maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions and data within CRM systems.
- Conduct independent research to identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with management to refine outreach strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Represent clients with professionalism, acting as a seamless extension of their brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, print & design, printing, or a closely related industry.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a high-intensity customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- The stamina and discipline to handle 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated toward targets.
- High level of organization and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter.
- Experience generating leads for high-ticket B2B products or services.
- Proven track record of engaging C-suite executives, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
