- Using coaching and performance data to improve your approachYou’ll represent both Reveneer and the client you support, so preparation, professionalism, and attention to detail are important.
We’ll Teach You How to Do It
Every new SDR starts with two weeks of hands-on training before joining a client program.
You’ll learn how to research accounts, make outbound calls, lead a sales conversation, ask better questions, handle objections, and schedule a strong next step. You’ll also learn how to use CRM platforms, sales technology, AI-powered research tools, and performance data.
There is plenty of practice along the way. You’ll participate in role-plays, listen to calls, receive direct feedback, and have the opportunity to try again. By the time you begin making live calls, you’ll understand the process and have people around you to support you.
Once you join your client team, the coaching continues through call reviews, team practice, individual feedback, and additional training.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Confident and professional when speaking with others
- Curious, coachable, and open to feedback
- Motivated by goals and able to bounce back from a “no”

Sales can be challenging, but you won’t be figuring it out alone. We practice together, share what’s working, and help each other get better. Bring your personality, be ready to learn, and don’t be afraid to hit the buzzer when you book that meeting.
Compensation and Growth
