Sales Director - D&B Fitout

Sales Director – Design & Build Fit-Out Dubai, UAE

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Director to lead business development for an established design-and-build fit-out contractor in Dubai. You’ll build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities and lead the sales pipeline from first contact through to project award.
The role

• Set and deliver the company’s sales strategy and revenue targets.
• Develop new business across commercial interiors, workplace, hospitality, retail and other relevant sectors.
• Build relationships with developers, landlords, consultants, architects, project managers and end clients.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, lead pitches and negotiate contracts.
• Work closely with design, estimating, technical and delivery teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Maintain a clear, accurate sales pipeline and report on forecasts and performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen its market presence.
• Lead, coach and develop the business development team.

What you’ll bring

• Proven senior-level sales or business development experience in the UAE fit-out, interiors or design-and-build sector.
• A strong track record of winning fit-out projects and meeting revenue targets.
• Established relationships with decision-makers in Dubai’s commercial property and construction market.
• Experience leading bids, presentations and contract negotiations.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to manage a long sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, networking and leadership skills.
• A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
