We are a fast-growing carpentry manufacturing company seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales division and drive business expansion.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute overall sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives

Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets

Drive business development across key segments (developers, main contractors, interior designers, corporate clients)

Build and maintain high-level client relationships and strategic partnerships

Oversee major project negotiations, tenders, and contract closings

Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction

Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities

Establish KPIs, sales pipelines, and performance tracking systems

📌 Requirements

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

Strong track record in construction, carpentry, or interior fit-out industry

Established network with developers, contractors, and ID firms in Singapore

Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage large accounts

Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
