Responsibilities Support the continuous improvement of routes and tools through acquired experience. Monitor the routes assigned to the customers under his/her responsibility. Work on updating and optimizing routes. Ensure loading efficiency to guarantee correct and accurate delivery. Ensure optimal utilization of the distribution vehicle fleet. Review the report of delayed/undelivered orders with each Preseller. Meet with Delivery Representatives and discuss the daily performance summary. Ensure that orders are delivered safely and properly. Qualifications Technical background; experience in food/FMCG companies is preferred. Higher education qualification is preferred. Good knowledge of Excel and Routing Software/applications used for daily operations. A valid driving license. Basic English language skills.
