About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Distribution Lead to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and support the growth of our sales and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from purchase to delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Communicate with customers and provide order updates.
• Follow up on orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Support the growth of the sales and distribution network.
• Maintain accurate order and customer records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
• Proactive and organised with the ability to manage multiple orders.
• Ability to work confidently in a customer-facing role.
