Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of EV charging solutions and services to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and present customised solutions that address customers' technical and commercial requirements.
• Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare sales plans, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and implement recovery actions where necessary.
• Support and execute marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and customer presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion in high-growth and underpenetrated sectors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to share market insights and support business objectives.
• Manage sales administration processes and provide support for project coordination and collection activities when required.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
• Participate in contract discussions and negotiations with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong network and relationship management experience with OEMs, System Integrators (SI), and end users.
• Experience in tender preparation, project coordination, and project management is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to prepare and present technical and commercial proposals effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of DWG and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
