Short Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client requirements and design customized Avaya communication architectures (such as Avaya Aura or IP Office).
- Deliver product demonstrations, host technical discovery sessions, and answer deep-dive product questions for prospective clients.
- Partner closely with account managers throughout the sales cycle to craft technical proposals, scope projects, and ensure commercial/technical viability.
- Coordinate with internal implementation and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from the closed sale to deployment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong foundation in telecommunications, networking protocols, and unified communications (UC).Client-facing communication, presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Proven experience analyzing complex enterprise IT environments and designing hybrid cloud, SaaS, or on-premises solutions.
- Strong ability to partner with Account Executives to qualify deals, navigate competitive landscapes, and handle complex technical objections.

Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
