sales engineer

Accountabilities

· Supports technical and sales-related activities including demo, installation, testing, repair, preventative maintenance, product training, etc.

· Undertake transportation of (desktop) machines to & from site when required.

· Responsible for timely, professional, accurate and service oriented response to all technical inquires.

· Supports and maintains good communication with lead engineer.

· Represents the company in customer care role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and service quality.

Essential

Experience in print & mail industry.

Good time management, interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Possess class 2 or 3 license with own transport an advantage but not a must.

Preferred

He should be educated in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering, IT, Computer Science or relevant field with at least 1 – 2 years of field services experiences.
