Job Overview
The role will focus on developing sales opportunities, expanding existing customer accounts, building project relationships, and driving business growth across construction market segments including MEP, Aluminium & Facade, Key Accounts, and Major Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new opportunities and increase product sales within existing customers and projects.
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, engineers, architects, QS teams, and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
- Monitor construction market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Conduct customer and project visits.
- Maintain regular sales reports and activity plans.
- Support achievement of sales and business development targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in MEP, Aluminium & Facade, Key Accounts, or Major Projects is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer and project visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with good planning and reporting skills.
