About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support business growth through technical consultative selling and account development. This role combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and build long-term client relationships. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to drive revenue growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer challenges, and market developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• No experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings when required (Singapore Islandwide and EastMalaysia).
• Keen interest in both technical solutions and business development.

Advantageous

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, automation, or industrial equipment environments.
