As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our expanding team to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and support project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC, data centre, and industrial sectors.

• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Project, and Procurement) to ensure successful project execution.

• Conduct technical presentations and site visits to support clients’ design and operational requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development strategies.
  

  Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HVAC, cooling tower, or related mechanical system sales (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).

  • Strong technical understanding of cooling systems, pumps, fans, or water treatment systems will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in preparing quotations, specifications, and technical documents.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
