Sales & Estimation - Programs Service Representative Ottawa

Job Description: The Programs Service Representative is responsible for initial pre-inspection and follow-up to ensure correct measurements and customer satisfaction with all on-site work. This role is a key player in helping our sales team estimate our production team to be prepared for Program related jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit jobsites to complete measurements, troubleshooting (callbacks) and customer service as required.

Assisting in ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.

Accurately measure and record information in CPQ (a salesforce application)

Ensure great customer service at all levels

Report suggestions/proactive solutions to Production Supervisor
