Job Description

• Source and develop new clients for construction, renovation and interior design projects
• Meet clients, understand their needs and prepare proposals and quotations
• Follow up on leads, negotiate and close deals
• Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth handover
• Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in renovation, interior design or construction
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and able to work independently
