Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and identify their requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain the features, quality, design, and performance of jewellery products.
- Recommend suitable and complementary items to enhance the customer's purchase.
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
- Calculate, quote, and apply appropriate discounts to jewellery sales in accordance with company guidelines.
- Advise customers regarding current stock availability and upcoming or future product availability.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, pricing, and market trends.
- Monitor and report competitors' activities, market trends, and customer preferences to the Sales Manager/General Manager.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with management to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a high-profile jewellery retail environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of standard computer applications.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge or interest in jewellery and luxury retail will be an advantage.
