Job Title: Sales Executive
Monthly Salary: UP to $5,000/month (Negotiable)
Working Address: East Region

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (5.25 days a week)

Required to work 2 Half days on Saturday in a Month

Responsibilities and Duties

The role will be equally focused on managing existing client relationships and driving new business development, with an approximate 50/50 split between the two areas.

• Support and build relationships with existing F&B clients (restaurants, cafes, retailers) through regular visits and follow-ups

• Take and process orders, coordinate deliveries with our warehouse and logistics team

• Introduce new products to clients and assist with tastings at our test kitchen

• Respond to client enquiries promptly and resolve basic issues

• Reach out to potential new clients and grow our customer base

• Share market and client feedback with the team
  

Qualification and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• No sales experience required; part-time, internship or customer-facing experience (F&B, retail, service) is a plus

• Good communication skills in English

• Positive, eager to learn, and comfortable meeting people

• Interest in food, F&B or Japanese culture is an advantage

• Class 3 driving licence preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
