Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to expand its customer base and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.

This is a hunter-focused B2B sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, developing new business relationships and achieving sales targets.

🔑 What We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.

• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new customers.

• Good business sense and understanding of the logistics industry.

• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Able to work towards and achieve sales targets.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities.

• Actively canvass and secure new corporate accounts.

• Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships.

• Understand customers' shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

• Manage customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide timely support and guidance to customers on shipment-related matters.

• Resolve shipping issues promptly to minimise additional costs and potential damages.

• Gather customer feedback and follow up on service improvements.

• Maintain long-term business relationships to support customer retention and business growth.

💼 What We Offer

• Monthly salary of SGD $3,000 – $3,500.
